Say: “set up my content team”

That’s it. That’s the first step.

Everything below is what happens after. You never edit a file, you never open a terminal, and you never need a key. If you only read one line of this page, you have already read it.

The first run, in order

Seven phrases from nothing to a finished post. Say them in this order the first time; after that, say whichever one you need.

1
“set up my content team” An interview, six to ten minutes. Your pillars, which platforms you post on, how often, and how you sound. At the end it offers to create four background tasks — say yes and they run in the cloud while your laptop is shut.
It will ask whether you have a Blotato key. Say “skip for now”. Everything works without one and you can add it any time.
2
“what should I post about” Researches your niche from free sources and comes back with angles that fit your pillars. Pick the ones you like.
It names any source that came back empty, rather than quietly filling the gap.
3
“write the reel one” Turns a chosen angle into a real draft — script, caption, the lot — in the right shape for that platform and format.
Substitute whichever it offered you: “write the carousel one”, “write my LinkedIn post”, “make this a thread”.
4
“visuals for the carousel” — optional Image prompts for whatever generator you already use, plus cover and thumbnail specs.
Skip it if the post needs no image. Text posts don’t.
5
“check my drafts” Reads each draft against your voice config — not a generic style guide — and either passes it or tells you exactly what it caught and where.
If you disagree, say “override that” and name the draft. It is advice with teeth, not a veto.
6
“show me what’s pending” Your approval queue, as cards. Then answer in plain language: “approve 1 and 3, kill 2, push 4 to Friday”.
This is the gate. Nothing reaches a platform without passing through it, and there is no setting that skips it.
7
“how did that one do” Once something is live, tell it the numbers — “the reel did 4,200 views and 60 saves” — and it remembers them. After a few posts it starts telling you what is working.
It will not call a pattern on fewer than three posts. One is an anecdote, two is a coincidence.

Where an approved post actually goes

Into outbox/, in a folder named for the day it is meant to go out:

outbox/2026-09-08/2026-09-05-instagram-reel-morning-routine/

POST-THIS.md — what to post, where, and when

…plus the media, ready to upload.

Open it, post it, delete the folder. That last part matters: nothing reads it again, so the folder is your own record of what you have and haven’t done.

The phrases worth remembering

When you want…Say
a look at the day“what needs me today”
a stronger opening line“I need a better hook”
more from one post“repurpose this”
to see the queue“show me what’s pending”
to know what worked“what worked”
to change your setup“change my config”
to check your keys and tasks“check my connections”

If you add a Blotato key later

Say “add my Blotato key” and paste it into the chat. Then approved posts get published for you instead of landing in the outbox — still only after you approve them. Blotato is a separate subscription you buy from them at their price; we do not resell it.

YouTube stays manual either way. You still get the script, the thumbnail spec and the metadata — you do the upload.

Everything on this page works with nothing connected. If a step ever asks for something you don’t have, say “skip for now” and carry on — that path is the one the whole pack is built around.
